Anthony J. DiMarino, III graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 and received his law degree in 1992 from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.
After his clerkship in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mr. DiMarino gained experience in a variety of legal settings, including a mid-size firm and the then-largest firm in New Jersey. Before he founded A.J. DiMarino, P.C. in 2006, he spent over five years at a firm in Philadelphia which had a national intellectual property litigation practice. This diverse background and experience has provided him with a unique perspective on the practice of law and the needs of the parties involved in a dispute.
Mr. DiMarino has a broad range of experience in complex commercial litigation and product liability litigation, as well as in cases involving insurance coverage, professional liability, and casualty defense. A registered patent attorney, he focuses his practice on intellectual property issues with an emphasis on litigation. He has tried jury cases in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He represents clients in cases involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
