Nicole graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. While in law school, she clerked for the Department of Justice in the Office of the United States Attorneys. She also served as the Production Editor of the Moot Court Honor Board. Prior to law school, Nicole graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Villanova University.
Nicole spent the first six years of her practice in the bankruptcy department at one of the top law firms in Philadelphia. Today she concentrates her practice in bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation at the firm of Ciardi Ciardi & Astin.
She has a diverse client base and has represented clients in the real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, service and retail industries. Nicole has experience representing debtors, litigants, creditors' committees, equity committees, lenders, bondholders, secured and unsecured creditors, plan administrators, and other interested entities in various bankruptcy reorganization, litigation and liquidation proceedings.
Nicole serves as a pro bono attorney with the Military Assistance Project, where she is able to lend her professional experience to veterans and military personnel with debtor-related issues. Additionally, Nicole is proud to assist with the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation, which aids in the awareness, research, and education of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT).
